Giving at Faith

Our ministry is a Gospel centered ministry and we want to thank you for your generosity in investing for eternity in getting the Gospel to people locally and to the nations of the world so that lives can be changed and our God glorified.
Why Do We Give?
We give because God gave first. By contributing to what Faith is doing in our communities and around the world, we are using what God has given to us to share the good news of Jesus by serving others. God tells us to be responsible stewards with our finances, our families, our marriages, our work and our health.
When God is first in any or all of these areas, we see blessings from our obedience.
What is My Gift Used For?
Just as you and the people of Faith Baptist Church have been obedient in trusting God with their tithes and offerings, we strive to be good stewards of that money. Because of generous giving, we are able to support many home missions projects and foreign missions endeavors which are outside Faith Baptist Church. We do this in hopes that an unchurched person will hear about the love God has for them and that they will surrender their life to Him.
Tithes
What is the tithe and how is it different from an offering? The word “tithe” literally means tenth (10%). A tithe is the first 10% of our income. An offering is anything we give above and beyond the 10%. Why do we tithe? The Bible says the purpose of tithing is to teach us to always to put God first in our lives (Deuteronomy 14:23). Tithing is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything we have. It is also God’s personal invitation to an outpouring of His blessing in our life. Tithing is more than giving. One of the ways we express our gratitude to God is by giving our tithes and offerings.
Beyond the Tithe
“Beyond the tithe” is anything we give beyond 10%. In Malachi 3:10, God says, “Go ahead. I dare you. See if you can out-give me.” Beyond the tithe is a chance to be extravagantly generous. We can give additional gifts so that God would be glorified.

Giving can be made as a guest, or you can create an online account.
